Innovative and creative network connection program in Vietnam takes place from August 18th to 24. This is a large-scale convergence and practical scientific-technological cooperation program organized for the first time by the presence of 100 typical young Vietnamese working in the field of science study technology in foreign country.
To have more and more talented overseas Vietnamese in other to contribute to the country, delegations propose Government who is needed attractive strategies, specific encouragement to connect Vietnamese experts with Vietnamese intellectuals in overseas. Since 2016, the Government has focused greatly on sustainable development with the development triangle problem of economic - society - environment are always presented, use saving resources and minerals, and preserve them in the future. The Government also always looks to the trends of the world, especially the development of science and technology to improve labor productivity.
In that context, the Government considers the industrial revolution 4.0 that the core is big data,opening platforms, robot and artificial intelligence is a great opportunity that if we not grasped, we will be left behind. "The Party, State and Government listen to the enthusiastic opinions of intellectuals and people from all walks of life, especially overseas Vietnamese intellectual " the Prime Minister emphasized. " This is a good opportunity for Vietnam can catch up, go together and progress," the Prime Minister said and emphasized that "without innovation, it is impossible to develop".
The Prime Minister highly appreciated the Planning and Investment Ministry and the Science and Technology Ministry of organize an innovation network program to promote talents and connect overseas Vietnamese and domestic intellectuals who join hands on science and technology development in Vietnam. The Prime Minister said and pledged to build the most a convenient environment to encourage technology and development creativity.
