This is the first project which brings Lecaron Architect to Vietnam. The project with more than 800 villas on 170 hectares of pine forest near Dai Lai lake, north of Hanoi. LeCaron Architect was asked to design a lively and attractive area to relax and refresh the soul, to be away from the heat and dust of Hanoi in the summer or to find memories of Tet in the countryside. To do this, all villas are designed according to the natural topography, based on ecological principles, combined with the creation of water surface landscapes, water retention in lakes. The landscape around the lake is given special attention.
