The study area is a peninsula with two beautiful ancient fishing villages. Over 200 years, the spatial morphology of these fishing villages is still as impressive as the medieval European fishing villages. However, the researchers, along with Lecaron Architects, have predicted the effects of urbanization and spontaneous tourism development.
Applying the "Living-Lab" method through on-site workshops, our experts have proposed to the government planning to preserve and promote the values of architecture, landscape, traditional culture of fishing village. Building a model for sustainable community-based tourism development, serving as a basis for management and investment in infrastructure and tourism projects, contributing to the promotion of tourism and socio-economic development of Nhon Ly.
