The project area is located in the transition area from the forest landscape to the lakeside garden landscape with low construction density. Having the advantage of terrain with diverse views towards Dong Do lake.
The design is aimed at exploiting the advantages of location and view, and at the same time making good use of the landscape elements, existing plants, storm water drainage, topographical strata, limiting excavation and so on to renovate landscape vitality to bring to the resort an attractive landscape, full of vitality, in harmony with the surrounding nature.
