I. JOB DESCRIPTION
- Receive information about category in charge of from the Architect who lead the project transferred from the concept stage.
- Survey the current status of the project as assigned by the Lead Architect.
- Learn about building regulations – the location where the work is built. Plan the work schedule, manage the directories and the deployment schedule for the team.
- Implement design and deploy technical. Find out about the types of building materials included in the design (notice the new, specific materials requested by the customer and so on).
- Ensure the progress and quality of the design documents of the work category assigned by the Lead Architect.
- Propose solutions to increase the efficiency of design work (time, machineries, equipments, ...)
- Check the suitableness and consistency of the structural drawings, MEP, prevent and fight fire compared with the architectural drawings of the items in charged of (according to the regulations on quality control of design documents).
- Assigned by the Lead Architect, gather all changes of the categories in charged of (sent by the construction team) to check, print, and release completed work documents.
- Join in groups to design concept works, planning, landscape, depending on ability.
II. JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Graduated from University with major in Architecture and has a practicing certificate.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project design and implementation.
- Experience in engineering design and implementation (civil works).
- Experience in finishing materials in construction and interior.
- Software: Autocad, sketchup, Powerpoint.
- Have ability to coordinate and manage projects from concept to design and implementation.
- Critical skills, problem solving and improvement at work.
- Have coordination skills with departments, partners, design subcontractors outside the company.
- Foreign languages: Ability to read and understand documents in English or French.

- Working time: Monday - Friday: 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m, afternoon 13:30 - 18:00, Saturday: 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
